Refunds & Cancellation
Order Cancellation:
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after dispatch. In case of
cancellation before dispatch, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the
order. We reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at our
sole discretion.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be processed if:
- The product delivered is incorrect or
damaged in transit. - The product is expired or unfit for
consumption at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a
refund, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with
photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds, once
approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original method of
payment.
No Refund Cases:
- If the product has been used or tampered
with. - If the taste or flavor does not match
personal preference. - If the order is refused at delivery
without a valid reason.
